Summer Season.

The Summer Season commences for charters starting on or after Thursday 05th May

 and ends for charters starting on or before Wednesday 24th August 2022.

 

 

Extra Days.

Extra days can be added to a charter when it fits in with the programme, and will be charged at one seventh of the weekly rate for the charter period.

Discounts.

5% off for multi-week charters.

​

5% off for "couples/families" Two person crews or family parties

 comprising two adults accompanied by children aged 16 or less.

 

5% off for a repeat charter where you have chartered one of our yachts before.

10% off for a repeat charter where you have regularly chartered one of our yachts.

The maximum combined discount offered will be 15% of the total Charter Fee.

 

Booking deposits and Balance Payments.
A booking deposit of 20% of the agreed total charter price is required to confirm your booking. On receipt of that deposit,  which is non-refundable,  we will reserve the yacht in your name for the agreed charter period. The 80% balance of the agreed total charter price must be received by us no later than 28 days before the agreed start date of the charter.

 

Security deposits.
For bareboat and skippered charters, a minimum security deposit of £1500 per yacht must also be received by us no later than 7 days before the agreed start date of the charter. The amount of the security deposit may be increased, subject to a maximum total security deposit of £2000 at the time of booking if there is any intention that yacht should during the charter period either transit the Crinan Canal, sail south or west of the Mull of Kintyre or where a cruising chute or spinnaker is hired with the yacht.

We do not normally charter our yachts where racing is involved, however if this was agreed this would also attract a security deposit of £2500. The security deposit will be refunded promptly and in full - normally within 7 days of the completion of your charter - once any charges for fuel, repairs, damage or other losses have been paid.

Weekend Bookings.

No weekend bookings are available for our yachts during the Hi Season except for late bookings (within 1 weeks)

Weekend Bookings during the Low and Mid Seasons.

Weekend bookings are available for our yachts during the Low and the Mid Seasons and will be at a minimum of 50% of the weekly rate for either two days or three days. A four day charter that includes a weekend will be aty a minimum of 65% of the weekly rate.

Mid Week Bookings during the Low and Mid Seasons.

Mid week bookings are available during the Low and the Mid Seasons and will be and will be charged at one fifth of the weekly rate per day for the charter period.
